Tiku is an online service that allows you to repair your watch in just a few clicks, without leaving your home.
You simply need to buy our shipping label and fill out the online form: we'll take care of everything else.

You can also attach one or more photographs.

Buy our shipping label: you will receive it within 24h at your email address.
Send your watch in total safety, we only use reliable and fast couriers.
You can also ship multiple watches with the same label.
Leave it to us, we'll repair it carefully
Once we receive your watch, our experts will accurately and transparently assess the damage, calculating the cost of each individual repair:
- up to 60€ per watch, we will intervene immediately;
- if it exceeds 60€, you will need to approve the estimate.
Receive your regenerated watch
We will only ask for payment at the end of the repair, in a simple and secure way. In a few days your watch will be ready to return to your wrist.
The return is always free, even if you do not approve the quote.
